I’m a beginner, and I’m putting my spare change into this as an attempt to learn and understand the system, so I’m sharing an important lesson: always set your <c-1/> STOP-LOSS!
The hope that “the price will reverse right now” most often leads to complete liquidation.
Trading against the market: the price is confidently moving up, while the position is sitting in a short.
The golden rule of trading:
It’s better to lock in a small loss with a stop and stay in the game than to wait it out in the red and lose everything.
Always place your Stop-Loss immediately when opening a trade. The market doesn’t forgive emotions!
