A new $ON 24-hour high has been established. 24h: +7.97%; current price: 0.13; previous high: 0.1293. Structurally, a new high means there is less overhead supply from holders waiting to sell, so short-term resistance is relatively low. However, if the price quickly falls back below the previous high, watch out for a bull trap. How do you think things will move next?

#dusk $DUSK Today, while reading the identity architecture documentation of Dusk, I dug into the Citadel protocol—especially its Revocation & Expiration mechanisms. This is, in fact, the toughest technical bone to chew in compliant identity.
In traditional Ethereum SBTs (soulbound tokens) or simple DID systems, once a credential is issued to an address, it’s hard to revoke it invisibly unless you rewrite the chain. But that’s completely infeasible in regulated finance—an investor may be compliant today, yet be blacklisted tomorrow due to being added to an anti–money-laundering watchlist, or their KYC passport may expire and become invalid.$BTC
Dusk’s Citadel protocol uses accumulators and a ZK Revocation List to enable “dynamic, second-level revocation” of identity credentials.
Licensed issuers (Issuers) can inject the hashes of already-invalid credentials into an on-chain revocation tree without exposing the true identity of credential holders. When the user initiates a transfer next time, the ZK proof they generate will automatically verify that “I am not in the revocation tree.”
Once a credential has expired, the user can no longer generate a compliant proof, and the network will automatically block the transaction.
This kind of dynamic identity lifecycle management turns on-chain compliance from “static, one-time authentication” into “dynamic, real-time risk control.” The code, at the foundational layer, sets up continuous compliance monitoring for financial institutions every second.
#dusk $DUSK Today, looking at the node staking data distribution of @Dusk , I came up with a decentralized thought that PoS consensus networks can’t avoid: delegated staking leading to node computing power monopoly. #dusk
Although running Dusk requires certain hardware and token thresholds for Provisioner nodes, ordinary retail holders can earn rewards by delegating the DUSK they hold (Delegate) to large nodes. From the perspective of liquidity and returns, this lowers the barrier for retail participation. $BTC
But from the standpoint of consensus security, this causes a large amount of stake and voting weight to rapidly concentrate into a small number of large node pools (Staking Pools) or custodial exchanges.
In the SA consensus mechanism, the block-producing and validation committees are randomly selected based on staking weight. If the top few node pools control more than one-third of the network’s total staking weight, they gain implicit network influence—possibly even coordinating to launch a liveness attack (Liveness Attack) to make the network pause.
Retail investors’ “lazy” pursuit of returns naturally pushes the network toward the opposite of decentralization. Dusk must, in tokenomics, design a reward decay mechanism for ultra-large node pools—encouraging stake to spread across smaller and independent nodes—so it can truly build a solid decentralized foundation.
#dusk $DUSK Today I chatted with a friend about Web3 hardware acceleration (ZK Hardware Acceleration). He calculated the compute power budget from the perspective of physical chips: @Dusk . #dusk
At the lowest layer, Dusk uses extremely advanced but computationally intensive elliptic curves and cryptographic primitives. To generate and verify ZK-SNARK proofs that include complex compliance logic within seconds, the efficiency of ordinary CPU computation has gradually started to hit a ceiling.
In future high-concurrency trading scenarios, in order to get the high-performance Provisioner nodes running, it becomes highly dependent on GPU acceleration and even dedicated ASIC/FPGA hardware acceleration cards. $DUSK
This directly pushes the node compute power arms race to an entirely new level: it will become increasingly difficult for ordinary developers running nodes on home computers, while data centers equipped with professional hardware-accelerated compute power will ultimately dominate block production.
Hardware acceleration may bring Dusk’s transaction processing speed to the extreme, delivering settlement experiences comparable to traditional finance—but it also exacerbates the physical centralization of consensus compute. The high cost of hardware investment becomes a natural barrier for retail participants to run nodes. Between the ideal of decentralization and financial-grade high performance, physical laws are always brutally in the middle.
#dusk $DUSK Today I re-calculated the node staking ledger for @Dusk and found, besides the hardware costs and annualized returns, a particularly devastating detail— the unbonding period.#dusk
To maintain the stability of the Succinct Attestation (SA) consensus network, Dusk has set a strict lock-up period for DUSK staking on Provisioner nodes. If a node chooses to cancel staking and withdraw its tokens, it cannot exit within seconds; instead, it must go through several cycles of cooling-off waiting.$BTC
From a network security perspective, this is completely reasonable. It effectively prevents malicious nodes from withdrawing and running instantly after doing harm, and it also ensures the stability of the consensus committee. But for investors in the secondary market and market makers, it’s no different from planting a liquidity bomb.
Imagine when the overall crypto market hits a macro “black swan” event and coin prices swing violently—the DUSK locked in the node is completely unable to move. Retail and institutions can only watch helplessly as their principal drops sharply with the market, without the ability to hedge or cut losses.
This design of “sacrificing token liquidity for consensus security” is greeted with great delight during a one-way bull market. But once the market enters a bear-market downward channel, it will greatly suppress the willingness of large capital to stake for the long term. How to strike a balance between the lock-up duration and investors’ liquidity needs is an especially tough test of the team’s management wisdom.
