Tonight feels a little tense: $BTC is hovering around $80K, while Strategy is set to drop its Q3 report after the U.S. market closes. Its unrealized gains are down to roughly 6% now—a pretty grim-looking number. It holds around 848,500 coins at an average cost of about $75.4K; with the price near $80K, its profit cushion is this thin and it still has to hold an earnings call. Stranger still, last week (10/19–25) it didn’t buy more Bitcoin. Instead, it spent about $205 million buying back STRC preferred shares. Meanwhile, Strive added around 6,182 coins that same week. On the other hand, U.S.-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs saw net inflows of about $137 million on 10/28, with almost all of it going to BlackRock’s IBIT—institutions are buying, but search interest is so cold it feels like nobody cares. Do you think tonight’s earnings report will make everyone more nervous, or will they just see it as the bad news finally being out? Tell us where you stand in the comments. #比特币 #Strategy #BTC #机构持仓 #Binance Square This is not investment advice. DYOR

NBA is in, NFL is out—two camps clashing over prediction markets in the same week. I came across this news roundup this morning and just stared at it for a couple of seconds. The NBA has just partnered with Polymarket and Kalshi, letting them use official league data to settle prediction markets, while also banning league insiders from placing bets themselves. The NFL next door went even further: Eagles running back Saquon Barkley was told to sell his stake in Polymarket. His response was more or less: he invested before, but now, no bueno. The wallet side is even more interesting. Yesterday, Phantom added a Predict feature for U.S. users, connected to regulated platform Kalshi. You can place bets using $SOL or its CASH stablecoin, with a fee of around two cents per trade. $SOL is still hovering around $102 right now. Fans can play, athletes have to stay away. Put simply: they want the traffic, not the suspicion. I’m a little torn about this—will it draw crypto traders into betting on games, or bring sports fans into wallets? If you could bet on a game right from your wallet, would you tap in? Or does it feel too much like a contract—better to watch and leave it at that? Let’s talk in the comments. #预测市场 #NBA #Polymarket #Solana #Binance Square Not investment advice. DYOR

Bullish news kept coming all day, but $XRP is up just 0.36% today. I stared at that number for a good while after 9 p.m. Ripple is holding its Swell conference in New York these past couple of days, and the news has been coming nonstop: Robinhood has integrated RLUSD, BNY has expanded its custody services for XRP and RLUSD, and Moody’s has given RLUSD its first investment-grade rating. Today, Coinbase also added RLUSD, letting retail users swap it for US dollars at a 1:1 rate right in the app. It’s supported on three networks: XRP Ledger, Ethereum, and Base. There’s another detail I find pretty striking: under the instant payment partnership with C2FO, suppliers’ payments go from taking several days to just 3 to 5 seconds, with settlement handled on the XRP Ledger. But back to the charts: XRP is currently around $1.317 on Binance, with 24-hour trading volume of over 96 million U. Its price is barely moving. My take is that the hotter RLUSD gets, the more likely it is that Ripple the company will benefit—not necessarily XRP the token. A stablecoin running on the XRP Ledger is one thing; people buying XRP is another. There’s still a layer in between. Of course, the market could also be waiting for adoption data; maybe it just hasn’t caught on yet. Honestly, I haven’t figured this out, so I’d love to hear what people holding XRP think: If RLUSD takes off, is that bullish for XRP’s price, irrelevant, or could it actually draw demand away? Let’s talk in the comments and change my mind. #XRP #Ripple #稳定币 #RLUSD #币安广场 This is not investment advice. DYOR

AI or Bitcoin: which one is more worth holding for 10 years? There’s been a heated debate on X these past couple of days. I’ve been scrolling all morning and still haven’t caught up. It started when Jason Calacanis called BTC a “dead network,” said the money should go into AI, and even called a bottom at $57,000. Saylor fired back: AI creates “abundance,” while Bitcoin protects “scarcity”—the two don’t conflict at all. I thought Saylor’s point was pretty interesting. The more powerful AI gets, the cheaper it can make computing power, content, and even diamonds. Brian Armstrong used lab-grown diamonds as an example the other day, saying they’re 60%–75% cheaper. But the 21 million cap is hard-coded, and nobody can change it. The market is sending mixed signals, too: BTC is hovering around $81,000, down more than 30% from last year’s $126,000 high; on the 26th, BlackRock’s IBIT still saw $110 million in inflows in a single day. At the same time, Google searches for “bitcoin” have fallen to their lowest level since 2021. Institutions are buying, but retail investors aren’t even searching. Is this the quiet at the bottom, or the quiet before the storm? Honestly, I’m not sure. So I want to hear from you: if you could only pick one to hold for 10 years, would you choose an AI-related investment or $BTC? Share your reasoning in the comments, and I’ll pick a few interesting ones to discuss separately. #比特币 #AI #BTC #加密市场 #币安广场 Not investment advice. DYOR
