The professor and author Renato Trezoitão stated this Thursday that the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) is "embracing" a policy that could compromise the security of Bitcoin investors.
According to him, resolution n° 521/2025 requires brokers to identify holders of self-custody wallets, exposing addresses and balances to the risk of abuse.
Trezoitão shared that the regulation stipulates that "the virtual asset service provider must identify the owner of the self-custodied wallet".
He warned that this requirement could lead to severe consequences for individuals with public exposure of balances in cryptocurrencies. "Is there any doubt that this will end in kidnappings and torture to death?", he questioned referring to previous leaks of personal data in the country.
For Trezoitão, data on Bitcoin wallets could become targets for criminals, given the sensitivity of the information.

Logo they will invent CuecX, using the government's excuse, in which the worker hides money in their underwear to evade taxes, which takes away the centralization of the State, and this cannot happen.
to vote you should take a knowledge exam, if you pass you can vote

I have been advocating this for centuries, it is exactly what happens in any civilized and truly democratic country, just like inmates, it would avoid many problems.
to vote one should take a test, if passed would have the right to vote, the head of the PT himself says that the informed citizen does not vote for the PT

in fact, the votes should be by class, if the poor voted for the rich the vote would be annulled.
it's been a long time since he said that, it may happen,

Robert Kiyosaki, author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, used Twitter to issue a stark warning about what he calls "a massive collapse about to begin," telling his millions of followers that markets are on the brink of collapse.
In his post, Kiyosaki encouraged people to protect themselves by investing in silver, gold, Bitcoin, and Ethereum, assets he believes serve as safe havens during financial turmoil.
His tweet reflects the growing anxiety of investors as global markets face increasing pressure from inflation, debt, and tightening monetary policies.
"Traffickers are victims of users". Why in 🇧🇷 is it that those who do wrong are victimized and defended? Why is it romanticized to be defeated and criminals while the investor is demonized? And what about those who work and do not want to depend on the state?

Have you ever stopped to wonder if everyone could earn enough to live on passive income and could stop working?
What would happen?
Would money lose 100% of its value OR would some people become even richer by exploiting the opportunity to work more while earning money passively?
Why are governments so concerned about taxing passive income, do you think? Notice that everything that brings peace of mind to people like passive income is being surrounded by the government. Not even rental income from properties will be left out.
Could yesterday's drop be related to state interventions to prevent people from living off passive income? Will we see more of this?
we have to demand actions from the senators to vote on the removal of ministers, they think they are the owners of power with a single stroke of the pen, they will steal the elections for lule, again

Beware, Crypto Investors: Tax Increases Hurt Brazil Hello, Binance community! Minister Haddad defended taxing all economic activity, criticizing the previous low tax collection. But the increase in taxes can stifle the economy and the regional crypto market. Impact on the Economy The tax burden in Brazil (32.5% of GDP) is already high. More taxes raise prices, reduce investments, and slow growth, causing capital flight and fewer jobs. This creates a vicious cycle, with the government seeking more taxes to compensate for losses. Loss to Crypto Investors Proposals like MP 1.303 (already rejected) wanted to tax crypto gains at 17.5%, with no exemption for sales up to R$ 35 million. This discourages investors and complicates taxation. Capital Flight: High taxes drive investors to jurisdictions like El Salvador, reducing the volume of trades in Brazil. Overload: Small investors face unviable costs, eroding profits and making it difficult to pay bills, which increases risks and volatility. At Binance, we support balanced regulation. Excessive taxes kill innovation! #CryptoBrazil #TaxesOnCrypto Informative content, not financial advice.
