📈 HOW TO OPEN A LONG CORRECTLY AND WHERE?

One of the biggest mistakes in trading is buying after the price has already risen sharply. You see a few green candles 🚀, FOMO kicks in, and your hand automatically reaches for BUY. But after exactly these moves, the market often makes a pullback.

For a Long, it’s better to define the zone you’re interested in in advance, rather than chase the price.

🔹 Support. Look for the area where buyers previously appeared and where the price responded by moving up.

🔹 Confirmation. A touch of the level by itself is not a signal yet. Wait for the price reaction, a reversal to form, or a change in the local structure.

🔹 Breakout + retest. After breaking resistance, you can wait for the price to return to the level and see whether the market holds it now as support.

🔹 Stop-Loss. Before opening a position, you need to know where the scenario becomes invalid. A stop helps limit risk.

🔹 Position size. First, determine the acceptable risk, and only then calculate the trade volume.

Remember this simple pattern:

Level → reaction → confirmation → entry → Stop-Loss → risk control.

You don’t have to enter every move. Sometimes the best trade is the one you missed, because there wasn’t a clear entry point. 📊
