Bitcoin has crossed the $66,382 level because, in this recovery, three types of buyers have returned to the market at the same time. First, US-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs have seen more than $700 million in inflows for 5 straight days, which is the longest streak since May. This has reversed the $7.5 billion selling pressure expected in May–June. Second, on-chain data shows that large whales have been building positions for the past 2 months while medium wallets are selling. According to CryptoQuant, this is a constructive signal for the medium term. Third, options traders have bought large bull call spreads with a target of $72,000 by month-end. In addition, the White House’s support for the Clarity Act is also positive from a regulatory standpoint. However, this week’s $106 billion in Treasury bill issuance could be a headwind for short-term liquidity.
