First, a definition: the slope of a moving average is also worth watching. Price crossing above a moving average that is still trending down is not the same as moving above one that has already flattened out.
A common interpretation: the relative positions of short- and long-term moving averages are also often used to gauge the broader trend. A short-term moving average above the long-term one is considered bullish; below it, bearish. However, they both describe past price action.
The same data can mean entirely different things in different market conditions, so don’t blindly apply a rule of thumb.

One thing I noticed just now: Pendle launched PendleLoop, an all-in-one tool that supports leveraged longs and shorts, as well as yield looping.

Current price: 2.965, leaving the previous high of 2.945 behind.
As long as the pullback holds above the breakout point, the structure remains intact. Keep an eye on whether volume can stay strong.

“Low float, high FDV” refers to a token having a very low circulating supply at launch, while its fully diluted valuation (FDV), based on its current price, is very high.
When the circulating supply is low, relatively little capital can push the price up, inflating the valuation as well. Once a large number of tokens are unlocked, more capital is needed to absorb them.
