A fraudulent site withdraws all your balance from the binance web3 wallet
About three days ago, since the demand for the puffer coin airdrop began, I entered the official website to check eligibility for the airdrop since I had participated in it!
I was not lucky with that and I was not able to collect 1000 points apparently to get a reward, so I decided to unlock the Ethereum coins that I had linked to the pufeth coin, the amount was only about 27$ , it was not a large amount but it meant a lot to me in my country where the value of the local currency is very low!
I tried to make a swap in the normal way inside the wallet and was surprised by the high fees that reached half the amount! It is the same thing in the official patch for the puffer coin! It seemed to me that the unlocking fees were very high for my amount!
So I searched a lot on the Internet for any site that offers lower fees!
Finally, I found a video on YouTube explaining how to unlock pufeth coins!
The video was supported by another article on the famous medium website explaining the steps in detail!
I trusted the site and immediately linked my wallet to it and gave it the necessary approvals that did not seem normal, they were suspicious in their appearance and writings, but unfortunately I did not focus well on the details until I noticed that my currency balance suddenly became zero without prior warning. I immediately rushed to disconnect from the site to save what was left! I realized too late that I was a victim of a fraudulent site!
