🚨 SELLING 200 MILLION USDT, SUDDENLY A “BINANCE EMPLOYEE” TEXTS: “SEND OTP SO I CAN VERIFY THE ORDER!” Binance logo. The account name looks very much like support. The message also matches the situation you’re dealing with. Did you give any code? 👉 I will NOT provide any OTP, password, or verification code. When doing P2P trading, if someone claims to be a support employee and requests sensitive information, I will: 🔐 1. Not share OTP/password/2FA code Even if they say it’s needed to “verify the transaction,” “unlock USDT,” or “complete an Appeal.” 🔎 2. Check the information on Binance yourself Don’t click any strange links sent via messages and don’t log in to a website just because the interface looks like Binance. 💬 3. Keep transaction handling within the official channel If the P2P order has issues, I will check directly on Binance and use the official support channels. ⚠️ 4. Don’t let a large amount make me lose my composure The bigger the order, the more carefully it must be checked. 📌 An extremely easy-to-remember rule: Money may need verification. But your OTP is NOT something you give to someone else to verify for you. In P2P, protecting the transaction alone isn’t enough. 🔥 Also protect your account’s keys. Thanks @Binance_Vietnam for the guidance that helps the community build safer P2P trading habits. 🛡️ #BinanceP2PAnToan $BTW {future}(BTWUSDT)
🚨 SELLING 200 MILLION USDT, SUDDENLY A “BINANCE EMPLOYEE” TEXTS: “SEND OTP SO I CAN VERIFY THE ORDER!”

Binance logo. The account name looks very much like support. The message also matches the situation you’re dealing with.

Did you give any code?

👉 I will NOT provide any OTP, password, or verification code.

When doing P2P trading, if someone claims to be a support employee and requests sensitive information, I will:

🔐 1. Not share OTP/password/2FA code

Even if they say it’s needed to “verify the transaction,” “unlock USDT,” or “complete an Appeal.”

🔎 2. Check the information on Binance yourself

Don’t click any strange links sent via messages and don’t log in to a website just because the interface looks like Binance.

💬 3. Keep transaction handling within the official channel

If the P2P order has issues, I will check directly on Binance and use the official support channels.

⚠️ 4. Don’t let a large amount make me lose my composure

The bigger the order, the more carefully it must be checked.

📌 An extremely easy-to-remember rule:

Money may need verification.
But your OTP is NOT something you give to someone else to verify for you.

In P2P, protecting the transaction alone isn’t enough.

🔥 Also protect your account’s keys.

Thanks @Binance Vietnam for the guidance that helps the community build safer P2P trading habits. 🛡️
