Risking about 16.70% to get to 0.2488, so it pays 2R if the high gets revisited.

That break of 3.198 was small (4.1%), a quick poke and a sell-off from 3.329. Looks like a failed breakout to me. The inducement at 2.77 is the target and the stop is 4.77% away at 3.207.
