One thing about @Dusk that genuinely made me rethink digital identity is how Citadel approaches verification.
Normally, proving you're eligible means exposing far more information than necessary. Need to confirm you're over 18? Show your date of birth. Need to confirm residency? Hand over your address. The system gets the answer, but it also gets the data behind that answer.
Citadel takes a different approach. Instead of revealing your personal details, the idea is to prove a specific claim without exposing the underlying information.
That distinction matters. Privacy isn't always about hiding everything, sometimes it's about never revealing information that was never necessary in the first place.
If this model can work reliably across regulated onchain applications, $DUSK could be tackling one of the less obvious problems holding blockchain adoption back.
