It’s that simple:

On P2P, they ask for your wallet address to “transfer directly” to you. They send you a token they created called USDT. You see the amount, release the payment… and then you can’t move it. That token isn’t from Tether.
✅ Never leave the P2P chat.
✅ Don’t release the payment until you’ve confirmed it arrived.
