So this is the reason I said $ZEC is not going to touch $5K because the last time it did it had fewer circulating supply but now 80% of the total supply are already out, if you look closely at this image you will see that the market cap all time high was $28B and it hit $5900 back then, now it’s at $23B and not even upto $2K because it has a lot of circulating supply now, so for it to hit $5K it will need upto $100B market cap and we all know that is not happening.
The round number is in play again heading into the weekend.
According to the short-term dollar chart, Bitcoin climbed from about $79,700 through $80,000 and printed just over $80,010. That puts price back on the same line that capped several attempts over the past two weeks.
Key Details:
> Latest print: above $80,000 after a fast push from the high $79,000s.
> $80,000 is the level the market has been treating as the first breakout test after the summer lows.
> Next resistance still sits near the May highs around $82,000–$83,000.
> Weekend sessions are thinner, so a move through a round number can run farther — or fade faster — than a weekday move.
Crossing $80,000 again is the first step. Holding it into Monday is the one that matters. A weekend squeeze can look strong and still fail if spot demand is missing when U.S. hours reopen.
