Today we’re going to analyze the POL (Polygon) coin on the daily timeframe.
What’s happening on the chart?
From the picture, it’s clear that POL made a strong upward move and reached almost $0.0766, but afterwards there was a sharp drop.
This is a sign that the sellers still control the market.
Key points about POL
Polygon is now traded as POL. This new gas token is part of the Polygon network. Any project built on Polygon needs POL.
Polygon updates are still among the biggest Layer 2 solutions for Ethereum. There are thousands of active dApps running on it.
Historically, we saw POL above $1 in 2024. Now it’s near the bottom.
Quick technical analysis
- Strong support: $0.07478 — the lowest price in the last 24 hours
- Resistance: $0.07662, then $0.07765
- Positive scenario: if POL goes back above $0.0766 and holds, we could try $0.08
- Negative scenario: if it breaks $0.0747, we may see $0.07
My conclusion
POL is a strong, fundamental project, but the whole market is in a correction. Personally, I see this zone as a DCA accumulation area for the long term.
But for the short term, we need patience until it returns above the moving averages.
