$NBIS : $SPCX Earnings Call Incredibly Bullish for Ai Infrastructure Buildout🔥
Elon Musk just delivered one of the strongest validations of the neocloud thesis yet on today’s SpaceX earnings call.
Direct quotes from Elon:
“We are also frankly hounded relentlessly by every hyperscaler and by dozens of smaller companies to rent more of our compute. So we could rent out our compute several times over if we said yes to everyone.”
“I don’t think we’re going to have a demand issue here. And like, it’s not impossible… that we will have a six-month payback period for compute next year.”
“Our belief is that the value of compute per watt will increase over time, not decrease. And the reason for that, I think it should be obvious to people really, is that as you improve the AI software, as the models get better and better, they’re able to get more useful intelligence per watt. And the value of that compute is proportionate to the useful intelligence per watt. And that’s why you see things like even old computers like H100s renting for more than they rented when they were new…and I think that’s likely to continue. I think we’re going to face a shortage of superintelligence compute. And that shortage is going to remain for a long time...”
Why this is bullish for Nebius $NBIS:
• Rising value per watt (even for older GPUs) supports sustained strong pricing and high utilization for AI cloud capacity.
• Explicit long-term shortage of superintelligence compute means there’s structural demand for elite Ai Infra providers like Nebius who can deliver and the Ai compute market will be supply-constrained for a long long time.
Raymond James just laid out a pretty wild $SPCX "Dirt to Orbit" model where 8 GW of terrestrial AI capacity could generate ~$30B in annual FCF from 2028–2031 to help fund orbital data centers.
The financing structure is pretty interesting because partners would cover ~60% of each GW reducing SpaceX's upfront investment to ~$15B per GW while potentially generating a 32% IRR from its AI compute business.
Cathie Wood's ARK Invest shared estimates showing $TSLA Cybercab could cost ~40% less per mile than $GOOGL Waymo's Ioniq 5 by 2031 largely due to lower depreciation from Tesla's purpose-built camera-based design.
That could give Tesla room to offer cheaper rides or earn much higher margins at the same fare.
we need to adjust our 'generational buy' level first to 290-300 zone, confluent support. Lets test and bounce for good. Overall Sentiment of the whole market supports this too.
Either way will now be bullish only above 370 when both SMA50 and EMA55 on weekly is broken and candle closed above with!!
$META 'S PROMETHEUS AI SUPERCLUSTER NOW CONNECTS HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF NVIDIA GPUS, WITH 1 MILLION PLANNED
Meta has completed the first phase of its gigawatt-scale Prometheus supercluster in Ohio, which was used to train its latest Muse Wonder AI models.
The system combines NVIDIA $NVDA GB200 and GB300 NVL72 platforms across multiple interconnected buildings, operating as a single large-scale training system.
Meta says it has reduced training interruptions by 99% from their peak, following extensive engineering work with NVIDIA on hardware reliability, networking and firmware.
The company reported more than 85% productive training time for Muse Wonder pretraining and over 90% for reinforcement learning.
Meta plans to expand the cluster further with NVIDIA's next-generation Vera Rubin systems, continuing its buildout of infrastructure for frontier AI models.
$SPCX launch costs are projected to fall ~70% to $354 per kg by 2031 as reusable rockets scale and launch frequency increases.
Thats huge for SpaceX as it benefits on both sides by launching its own Starlink satellites at lower costs while earning higher margins on commercial launches.
$NVDA CEO Jensen Huang just announced planned investments in Agile Robots, Avelios Medical, Mirelo and Reflex Aerospace alongside a new agreement with Germany's government to develop physical AI models.
Nvidia is clearly looking to establish its platform across industrial AI.
Anthropic is reportedly in talks for another 460 MW at Nscale's Monarch campus after already signing a $45B 6-year deal for the first 460 MW.
That original deal works out to ~$16M in annual revenue per MW and with $GOOGL and $MSFT reportedly also pursuing the same site before Anthropic signed you can see how competition for large-scale AI compute clearly remains intense.
$NBIS spot pricing for $NVDA B200 GPUs has more than tripled in the past 7 days.
That’s huge heading into year-end because Nebius annualizes December revenue to calculate ARR meaning higher GPU pricing could help beat its $9B target.
$SPCX Earnings tomorrow will be good insight for the rest of the AI Cloud industry
Of course, the commentary will be very positive and they will say "supply constrained" about 15 times but always good insight into what we will hear from the likes of $NBIS CRWV IREN
My main question is if the MW rate has moved up at all. I would assume the auctions have moved up to 50-60M per MW but I'm excited to hear what they say.
The bounce is here, hope it bounces massively so that when the market dumps next time, it doesn't break its recent low and makes a double bottom and bounce towards 50..
