This is a BD job posting that I randomly found.
BD mainly involves business expansion and business development.
First, if you are interviewing for this position, you must prepare a resume. Don't write everything on your resume; include only what is relevant to the job requirements. You need to break the habit of preparing just one resume for job hunting. You should prepare a corresponding resume for each job interview, and definitely don’t be lazy.
Do not use the same resume for BD interviews and community management interviews.
① 1-3 years of relevant experience: If you have already mentioned relevant experience in your resume, your interviewer will likely casually ask how long you've been working with contracts, and you can add some time yourself.
② Experience with CMC ranking in the top twenty: Actually, everyone has this experience. Even if you haven't used other exchanges, you must have used OKX and Binance.
However, I still suggest that everyone try using OKX, Binance, Bybit, and Bitget to experience the differences in the interfaces, trading pairs, contract products, platform fees, etc., of these mainstream exchanges. Deposit 100-500 U in each exchange and conduct small transactions.
③ Past monthly trading volume must reach 200-300 million USD: This trading volume requirement is quite challenging, and I believe it is not a strict requirement.
The interviewer may not even ask you about this during the interview.
Overall, this BD position has relatively high requirements, but after my dissection, this job is not something we cannot do.
