I've seen many users, competitors, and content creators talking about the much-anticipated "Binance Card in Vzla." It’s important to add that, so far, BinanceLatam has not officially said anything.
I’ve even seen people saying they were assigned 3,000 cards, which is completely false.
So far, for everyone in Venezuela, it appears the following way, as shown in the image.
Don’t fall for scams—always verify the information.
On this topic, I’d like to add this: when they say:
"it isn’t available to all users at the same time, and it’s being rolled out gradually in the region"
That’s because it isn’t available for all countries, but Binance is working to bring the product👇🏻 to the entire region.
In the same way as always, Binance tells all users that all information about its products and services, and any updates, will always be visible on its OFFICIAL social media. Otherwise, the information isn’t real.

After months of relying on tools to bypass the restriction, phone screens in Venezuela have begun loading the social network’s X feed again without the need to activate a VPN.
The platform, which had remained blocked by official order since August 2024, began showing signs of opening up progressively.
The most widespread and recent change has been strongly felt after the need to keep the population informed about the latest developments in the country—allowing thousands of users to share reports in real time directly from their mobile networks and local providers.
Although access started normalizing first with private carriers such as Digitel and Movistar, user reports confirm that it has been expanding, giving Venezuelans back the ability to interact directly on the largest digital public square in the world.
