🚨 Update on Justin Sun vs World Liberty Financial (WLFI)

A California federal court has delivered an important procedural win for Justin Sun in his ongoing dispute with WLFI.

According to Justin, WLFI tried to move the dispute into private arbitration and keep related documents out of public view. The judge ruled that all claims Justin brought in his individual capacity will remain in open court.

The court also rejected WLFI’s argument that all company-related claims must be arbitrated. Both sides must now determine which of those claims should stay in court and which may proceed through arbitration.

Important: this does NOT mean Justin has won the overall lawsuit, nor has the court ruled that WLFI committed the misconduct alleged in his complaint.

Justin says he invested about $45M in WLFI and is now seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages. His complaint alleges that WLFI’s smart contract gave the project the ability to freeze, restrict, or burn holders’ tokens, and that those powers were later used against his holdings.

He has also raised concerns about USD1, WLFI’s stablecoin, and whether World Liberty has sufficient resources to cover a potential judgment.

WLFI has denied wrongdoing. Its risk disclosures state that it may block or freeze wallets and tokens under certain circumstances, and the company has argued that Justin agreed to certain freezing powers under agreements governing his tokens.

WLFI has also separately sued Justin for defamation in Florida, allegations which he denies.

So the key takeaway is simple:

Justin has not won the case yet, but he has secured an important early victory by keeping his individual claims in public court rather than having them moved entirely into private arbitration.

The broader dispute is still ongoing, and many of the allegations remain unproven.

Beyond the two parties, this case could also become an important discussion around token holder rights, issuer control, smart contract transparency, and stablecoin risk.

TRON is already preparing for the Quantum Era.

Quantum computing is still developing, and it may not transform the world overnight. But when it comes to blockchain security, waiting until the threat becomes real is simply too late.

As technology advances, so do the risks surrounding cryptography, digital signatures, and network security. That’s why #Tron has already started preparing its infrastructure for a post-quantum future.

TRON is currently testing Quantum-Resistant Signatures on the Nile Testnet, exploring digital signature systems designed to remain secure against potential attacks from future quantum computers.

One of the key directions is the adoption of Post-Quantum Cryptography, including NIST-standardized algorithms such as the ML-DSA family, with the goal of strengthening blockchain signature security for the long term.

Earlier, the Nile Testnet passed Committee Proposal No. 20628 on July 2, 2026, officially enabling its Post-Quantum Signature feature on the testnet. The first algorithm introduced was FN-DSA-512, allowing developers to begin experimenting and building with the new infrastructure.

What makes this even more interesting is that @TRON DAO is looking beyond transaction signing alone.
The team is also exploring quantum-resistant protection across several parts of the network, including:
• Block production
• P2P node handshakes
• Smart contract signature verification
• Overall network infrastructure

Justin Sun @Justin Sun孙宇晨 has also announced that TRON is moving forward with its Post-Quantum Upgrade Initiative, with the goal of eventually deploying NIST-standardized post-quantum cryptographic signatures on the mainnet.

Latest update for #TRONGlobalFriends 🔻📢

#Tron has officially been included in the S&P Pantera Digital Asset Index, a digital asset benchmark jointly developed by S&P Dow Jones Indices and Pantera Capital.

This index does not focus only on price or market capitalization. It also evaluates key factors such as:
• Real-world protocol utility
• Onchain liquidity
• Network activity and growth

This marks another important step, as the same frameworks traditionally used in global financial markets to evaluate equities and other asset classes are increasingly being applied to blockchain networks.

Some very clear numbers back TRON’s inclusion:
🔺 More than 394 million user accounts
🔺 Over $90B in USDT circulating on the network
🔺 Approximately $4.5T in year-to-date USDT transfer volume
🔺 Institutional integrations with Anchorage Digital, Securitize, and Bitnomial

Another point that has attracted a lot of attention is that the index includes 18 tokens, led by $ETH, $BNB, $SOL, $TRX , and Hyperliquid, while Bitcoin is not included.

The reason is that the index places greater emphasis on revenue-generating protocols with active onchain usage.

The inclusion of $TRX among the leading protocols in this benchmark reflects more than just the scale of TRON. It also shows that utility, adoption, and onchain activity are becoming increasingly important metrics for institutional investors.

From a network widely known for USDT transfers, TRON is now gaining broader recognition as a key piece of infrastructure in the global digital asset market.

Another major milestone for TRON 🔻

TRC20-USDT on #TronNetwork has officially surpassed $90B.

For some people, this may look like just another big number in crypto.
But in reality, it shows how TRON has become one of the world’s key networks for stablecoin usage.

Some people may see it as just a mascot redesign, but personally, I think it represents something more.

TRON Bull has been part of the community for quite some time, and now it returns with a refreshed look that feels livelier and more expressive than ever.
