What is the meaning of life? What are we pursuing throughout our lives? In fact, countless people overlook a truth: many things do not need to have meaning. Life itself is a journey; when you want to eat, drink, and have fun, you should do so. Eating, drinking, and having fun do not mean wasting time; enduring hardship and labor does not necessarily deserve praise.
Life is actually about constantly feeling and experiencing, with various layers of meaning. As long as you want to do something, you can. Those seemingly meaningless activities, like daydreaming, watching clouds, watching the sunrise, or counting stars, our experiences are the greatest meaning. Our lives do not necessarily have to be about doing what is deemed meaningful by society; meaning is something we give ourselves. Life is a wilderness, not a track. As long as you enjoy the present, it is meaningful. In our brief lives, a hundred years later, think about it: without you, without me, we cannot take even a brick or a tile after striving for a lifetime; no matter how much we cling to love and hatred, we cannot take any of it with us. So there is no time to argue, to be sad, to be calculative; we only have time to love and to enjoy all of this that is fleeting. Have you noticed that wasting time can also be a kind of enjoyment? Striving is also a kind of enjoyment; living in the present is the most important.
