According to Eric Balchunas, spot Ethereum ETF approval rates have increased to 75%. However, this rate is specific to VanEck's 19b-4 filing dated May 19, 2024. S-1 approvals also need to be obtained. S-1 approvals, and therefore approval of a spot Ethereum ETF, could take weeks or months.
