Whitelisting your withdrawal address is another security feature offered by Binance. If this feature is disabled, you will be able to transfer funds to any address. When this feature is enabled, your account will only allow withdrawals to whitelisted addresses.
In other words, any addresses you whitelist will be the only ones you can withdraw funds from your Binance Exchange account to. This is quite convenient, for example, you became a victim of phishing and the hacker managed to get into your account, but he will not be able to withdraw your money.
How to activate
After logging into your Binance account, go to your account page and scroll down until you see the Withdrawal Address Management tool. Turn it on and you will see a confirmation window:

After clicking OK, you will need to enter your 2FA code. If 2FA is disabled, we strongly recommend that you enable it.

After that, click the Manage Addresses button. You will be redirected to another page where you can select specific addresses to receive specific coins. After selecting the coin, paste the name and withdrawal address you want to add to the whitelist. Make sure the address you entered is correct, check the box and click Approve.

You will be prompted to enter the 2FA code again, and will receive a confirmation email shortly after.

To complete the process, click on Confirm Addition and you will see the following message:

After whitelisting your BNB withdrawal address, you can go to your Binance account and check the withdrawal page.

As you can see, you will only be able to withdraw BNB coins to a specific address (or any other address that you add to the whitelist). That is, it is impossible to enter any other address that is not included in the white list.
This feature should always be enabled for an additional level of protection for your funds.
