币安暴露的问题背后，核心是夫妻店模式，夫妻店模式的企业不幸都是相似的，夫妻店要么搞不大，要么搞大了就出事儿，在企业壮大之后都是管理混乱，集权制领导，其公司内部还容易形成小团体，公司很难做大做强，况且我一直认为币安做大有一定运气所在，华语用户偏多的交易所，只要内地监管放松，凭借用户基数，可以出来更多的币安。 CZ夫妻之间还没有出现问题，从同舟共济到同床异梦，后续变为同室操戈，最终以同归于尽收尾，这样的例子比比皆是，币安真的应该有危机意识，血洗管理层，所有事务决定权交给职业经理人团队，否则在护城河这么低的币圈，运气不会一直站在币安这边。
