MicroStrategy, a NASDAQ-listed business intelligence software giant, just purchased nearly $800 million worth of BTC! 😲 This comes less than a week after the company announced plans to raise $500 million (later $700 million) to buy bitcoin.

MicroStrategy managed to raise more than its initial target of 40% to $700 million. With these funds, they purchased an additional 11,931 BTC worth $786 million. This means their average purchase price was around $66,000 per BTC.
