Bitcoin computing power has broken through half of ZettaHash, setting a new single-day record of 578 EH/s
On December 5, according to CryptoSlate, Bitcoin's hash rate is surging, and recent data has set a new single-day record. On December 1, the computing power reached a high of 578 EH/s, and then on November 3, there was another significant surge to 558 EH/s. In addition, Btc.com data shows that Bitcoin's current total network computing power is 500.74 EH/s.
Earlier this year, River Financial research analyst Sam Wouters predicted that by the end of 2025, Bitcoin may enter the ZettaHash (1000 EH per second) era. It is expected that this milestone may be reached around December 23, 2025 or possibly in early 2026.
