ChainCatcher reported that according to TechCrunch, Cameroonian fintech company Ejara has completed an $8 million Series A financing round, led by Anthemis and Dragonfly, with participation from Mercy Corps Ventures, CoinShares Ventures, Lateral Capital, Circle Ventures, Moonstake, Emurgo, HashKey, BPI France, and Blockwoks co-founder Jason Yanowitz.

It is reported that Ejara provides users in French-speaking African countries with the services of buying, selling, exchanging and storing their cryptocurrencies through non-custodial wallets. In addition to cryptocurrencies, it also tokenizes government bonds and issues savings products based on them. (Source link)
