1. Almost all digital currencies in the system have at least

A. The total circulation, or even more than 90% of the total number of cryptocurrencies, are protected by anti-quantum algorithms, not elliptic curve signatures.

B. More than 90% of the total number of addresses are protected by anti-quantum algorithms.

2. 90% is not okay? Can 50% be achieved before 2030?
