ChainCatcher reported that according to The Block, Franklin Templeton, VanEck and Invesco Galaxy submitted a revised Ethereum spot ETF S-1 form to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday. According to its submitted documents, Franklin Templeton plans to charge a fee of 0.19%. VanEck stated in its latest revised S-1 document that the company has obtained $100,000 in seed funds. Invesco Galaxy added in its latest revised S-1 document that Bank of New York Mellon will serve as a cash custodian and Coinbase Custody Trust will serve as an Ethereum custodian.
