According to Techub News, according to The Block, Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm's defense attorney filed a series of final pre-trial motions last Friday, requesting the dismissal of the charges and questioning the government's evidence collected against him. One motion stated that the government's prosecution amounted to "prosecution overreach," while another motion stated that the seizure of cryptocurrency from Storm's home violated the Fourth Amendment.
