🇨🇦 Canadians are losing interest in crypto investments: According to a new study, Canadians' willingness to invest in cryptocurrency has decreased compared to last year and they are less inclined to see it as an important factor in the current economy.
📉 According to OSC's "Crypto Asset Survey 2023" report, 10% of Canadians own crypto and this rate was 13% in 2022. The majority of crypto owners are men between the ages of 25-44 and university graduates.
🔍 While 54% of those surveyed could give a basic definition of cryptocurrencies, the rate of those who believe they will play an important role in the future dropped to 34%. 77% of crypto asset owners regret purchasing crypto assets a year ago.
💰 Cryptocurrency trading exchanges remain the most common way to acquire BTC and other cryptocurrencies. 52% of respondents stated that they use such platforms.
