Therefore, raising interest rates at this stage is not a key consideration at all, and the general environment is not the reason why BTC does not rise. There are three major factors that affect the market: 1. Policy; 2. Thunderstorm of large institutions; 3. International financial environment; none of the three has happened; so it is only possible to attract funds at low prices.
