Binance Did Not Include Pi Network in the Listing Vote! Why? Binance launched this new listing initiative to identify projects supported by the community. However, the exchange announced that it opened the “Vote to List” campaign only to projects on the BNB Smart Chain network. This condition caused Pi Network, which uses its own blockchain, to be automatically disqualified. The possibility of Binance listing Pi Coin was first brought up in February. At that time, Binance launched a community vote to determine whether users in its ecosystem wanted Pi Coin to be listed. Despite the high support for Pi Network, Binance’s uncertainty about listing Pi Coin still continues. While this development was met with a reaction from the community, the fact that the vast majority of the projects submitted to the vote were focused on memecoins also caused criticism. According to the information released by the exchange, only two out of nine projects will be eligible to be listed on Binance. The projects up for vote are: BANANAS31 (Banana For Scale) BID (CreatorBid) Broccoli (Broccoli) Broccoli (CZ’S Dog) KOMA (Koma Inu) SIREN (SIREN) Mubarak (Mubarak) TUT (Tutorial) WHY (why) Each of these tokens has specific ecosystems and community support.
