Let's look at the psychological phases:
PHASE 1 - Accumulation
At this stage, crypto whales and OGs will buy or purchase at reduced prices, new projects emerge, but skepticism remains. To be clear, this was much like last year, when $BTC value dropped to $15,000.
PHASE 2 - Impulse
Here, as we have seen and continue to see, prices rise, correct, and rise again, enthusiasm grows, hodlers rejoice, FOMO sets in, and altcoins rise.
PHASE 3 - Euphoria
Greed takes over, prices increase daily, capturing everyone's attention, strange market behavior, scam alert! For beginners, this is when the Bitcoin Fear and Greed Index hits 90.
PHASE 4 – Collapse. Market turns red.
