Binance CEO Richard Teng called on the Nigerian government to release Tigran Gambaryan, the crypto exchange's head of financial crimes, who flew to the country in February for regulatory talks. Teng said that Gambaryan has been detained for more than 70 days, which sets a dangerous precedent for all companies in the world.
