The Aptos community can donate APT and vote to BUIDL pre-screened for the quadratic funding round through DoraHacks.io. In this round of voting, addresses holding vcDORA will receive voting weighting based on the number of vcDORA in the address. Therefore, the vcDORA community will receive a higher voting weight when voting. It is reported that DoraHacks.io currently supports multi-chain address identity binding for individual users. Multi-chain voting and funding behaviors can be associated with Ethereum addresses and vcDORA information, making multi-chain governance possible.
