According to TechFlow, investors have created a Telegram group called "ZKasino Legal Task Force" to sue the co-founder of ZKasino for allegedly misappropriating nearly $33 million in Ethereum from users to exchange for its native tokens and then losing contact.
There is still uncertainty about the current situation of ZKasino’s native token, ZKAS. Investors who purchased ZKAS during the pre-sale have not yet received their tokens.
