The race for #ETF of #Bitcoin cash in the US gets interesting: ARK Invest adds a surveillance agreement to its application
ARK Invest and 21Shares' third application for a spot Bitcoin ETF now includes a surveillance sharing agreement.
ARK Investment Management has amended its Bitcoin Spot Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (#SEC. ) from #EE.UU making it similar to the recent filing of #BlackRock .
The amendments include an agreement to share surveillance with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) futures markets and cryptocurrency exchange, most likely Coinbase, the Bloomberg ETF analyst said; Eric Balchunas, on Twitter.
