“HUMAN Protocol: The Future of Decentralized Labor Markets” With the rapid advancement of the digital age, labor markets are undergoing significant change and transformation. Traditional methods of job searching and hiring have become limited and inadequate, while innovative technologies such as blockchain and smart contracts are revolutionizing the business world. In this article, we will discuss the HUMAN Protocol, a decentralized system that is breaking new ground in labor markets, facilitating interactions between humans, machines, and employers. What is the HUMAN Protocol? The HUMAN Protocol aims to regulate labor markets in a decentralized manner. This protocol utilizes smart contracts and blockchain technology to allow employers to post job tasks and enable workers to complete these tasks. Let’s explore its operation step by step: Requester and Job Posting: An employer or requester defines a job task and specifies the payment for the task, which is made using a cryptocurrency called HMT (Human Token). Worker Participation: Workers apply to take on the specified job tasks, and these workers can be individuals, websites, or machines. Job Exchange: The HUMAN Protocol includes an application that enables workers to interact with job tasks, complete them, and submit results. This application allows workers to engage with their tasks and record their outcomes. Recording Oracle: A third-party program that records and verifies workers’ responses to tasks. It checks the quality of responses and, when necessary, solicits additional responses from additional workers to resolve inconsistencies. Reputation Oracle: Ensures that the overall response quality reaches a defined threshold and manages payments to workers upon task completion. It also provides and updates reputation scores for workers and validators. Task Decomposition: Jobs can be broken down into hundreds or thousands of tasks, which are then assigned to appropriate human or machine workers based on the job’s requirements.
