Adam Gabor's exit follows a letter last week regarding his newest in-house attorney, Allison Huebert.

Tesla founder and CEO Elon Musk has lost one of the company's key in-house litigators, according to a filing in federal court today.
As it happens, the lineup change came after a letter from Musk’s legal team was leaked to the New York Post last week. The publication described the missive as “a nasty one.”
Departing attorney Adam Gabor Mehes has filed a motion to withdraw as counsel in Musk’s $258 billion lawsuit over alleged Dogecoin ( DOGE ) market manipulation. The Manhattan attorney, who joined the firm less than a year ago, has been actively involved in various legal proceedings involving the former Twitter CEO.
On Friday, there was another court filing: Tesla's legal team is adding a new attorney to the team representing Musk in the lawsuit: Allison Huebert. Huebert most recently worked as a litigation associate at the law firm Quinn Emanuel.
Musk tweeted last year that his company was building a "core litigation department" and recruited Gabor Mehes a few months later, according to Bloomberg Law.
Embroiled in a protracted and contentious class-action lawsuit, Musk has repeatedly denied allegations of market manipulation and insider trading involving the meme token. A group of DOGE investors accused him of using his social media accounts to trade the coin after an appearance on NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
Last week, another of Musk’s lawyers, Alex Shapiro, denied allegations that the billionaire has multiple digital wallets containing millions of dollars worth of Dogecoin, the New York Post reported.
The legal action against Musk himself has not prevented him from using Tesla's litigation lawyers for his personal defense. The billionaire tycoon has also not shied away from controversy, creating an email address called justice@tesla.com.
What other lawsuits the self-proclaimed “ Dogefather ” and “Dogecoin CEO” has pending are anyone’s guess. However, we can expect his legal team to be fully staffed and ready to take action.
