According to Foresight News, Oyster Labs, a Web3 mobile-first ecosystem, tweeted that the first round of pre-sales for Universal Phone, a Web3 native smartphone designed for the Telegram ecosystem, has ended. Oyster has begun processing refunds for some users, and the settlement of funds is expected to take 5 to 10 days. After the processing is completed, users will receive a refund confirmation email. If users need to update or add TON wallet addresses and delivery details, they do not need to contact their support team, but can send a form through the email used when purchasing.

Foresight News previously reported on April 8 that Oyster Labs CEO Howard announced at the "2024 Hong Kong Web3 Carnival" that the Universal Phone is now available for pre-sale at a pre-sale price of US$99 and a postage of US$30.
