#FarukFatihÖzer , the leading actor of the situation that caused great repercussions in the #kriptopara markets, especially in Turkey, and caused many people to suffer, appeared before the judge. Defendant Özer made striking claims in his statements and gave his defense! Here are the details!

Thodex Defense!

Faruk Fatih Özer, who is shown to be responsible for the #Thodex incident that has been on Turkey's agenda in recent months, denied the allegations in court today. Faruk Fatih Özer, who was involved in an incident worth 356 million liras, denied all the allegations against him before the judge.

The defendant, Thodex founder Faruk Fatih Özer, started his speech in court by stating that he "did not defraud anyone". Defendant Özer made the following statements in his defense:

I was also managing a company in previous years. I don't remember my monthly income... I will answer the slanders made here today. The situation I am in has become a heavy burden on me. Media accusations and indictments are unfounded. I didn't defraud anyone. I was framed. In my business life, which I started with e-commerce, I was making money thanks to my social circle and I turned the company in this direction. Later, I turned to mobile transactions with the software developer friends I added to the company. Then I made serious efforts to establish a cryptocurrency exchange.

“I Was The Only Authority!”

Defendant Özer, who claimed that he was behind his competitors and showed serious work and that the company had no authority other than himself, stated that his brother was unlawfully convicted and said:

When I examined rival companies, I realized that they had shortcomings. Then I decided to grow in this field. In 2017, I rented a place in Şişli with a capital of 400 thousand liras and we started working. I think that my sister and brother have been unlawfully deprived of their freedom for 2 years. The company has no authority other than me. I was the only person with decision-making authority.

On the other hand, towards the end of his statement, the defendant Özer claimed that the reason for going abroad was for investor meetings.
