According to DeepChao TechFlow news, the SlowMist security team released the monthly Web3 security incident report for March. A total of 33 security incidents occurred this month, resulting in losses of approximately US$139 million, of which four projects (Munchables, Super Sushi Samurai, Dolomite and Unizen) successfully recovered approximately US$68.46 million in stolen funds.
The losses caused by three internal crimes reached US$65.4 million, accounting for 46.9% of the total stolen amount. The SlowMist security team recommends that project parties strengthen internal security measures and access control of sensitive information.
Eight contract vulnerability exploitation incidents resulted in losses of approximately US$36.89 million. It is recommended that project parties remain vigilant and conduct regular security audits to protect the security of projects and assets to the greatest extent.
