ENS developer nick.eth posted on Twitter that ENS will launch a blockchain-native top-level domain name .box that can be routed through the domain name resolution system. All registrations and transfers in this domain name system will be carried out on-chain, and NFT owners will own both DNS and ENS domain names.
It is reported that .box domain names can be used for DID profiles and wallets, decentralized websites and messaging, Web2 websites and emails, collections and transactions, etc.
