Response to SEC from Binance Front
“We are disappointed that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has chosen to file a complaint today against Binance seeking so-called emergency relief, among other remedies. From the beginning, we have actively cooperated with the SEC's investigations and worked hard to answer their questions and address their concerns. “We have recently engaged in extensive good faith discussions to reach a negotiated agreement to resolve their investigation.”
