An important update on the Ethereum network 🔹
Recently, the Ethereum 🔹 network has successfully completed a very important update - Dencun.
📝What is Dencun? This is the name of the update, which reduces fees on second-level blockchains from 10 to 50 times. Such blockchains include MATIC, ARB, OP and other coins.
A new approach will now be used to compress data that will not be stored forever on Ethereum. Saving data for a short period of time (up to several months) allows you to save a significant amount of memory, thereby reducing the load on the network and, as a result, the amount of commissions💪.
Regular transactions, volume increases and interactions with various smart contracts will now become cheaper. At least in theory, but time will tell how it will be in practice.
The price reaction has already taken place. On rumors, the price grew upward on a parabola📈. After completing the update, the price dropped to almost 3000 📉. In my opinion, the price will update the maximum, but you have to wait a little. There are a number of other reasons that contribute to price dynamics, but more on them later.
