Binance Angels are volunteers who help the Binance community. Angels are not Binance employees, but choose to join the Binance community to experience working with other Angels and Binancians motivated by their passion for crypto. Here's what you should know if you would like to join the program.

Are you passionate about everything that has to do with cryptos, blockchain and Web3?

We're looking for passionate Binancians, community builders and volunteers, or as we call them, Binance Angels, who are big crypto enthusiasts and want to help welcome the next billion crypto users.

Since 2017, Binance Angels have played a key role in the Binance community, ranging from hosting meetups to moderating our local Telegram channels and guiding new users through the crypto landscape. They believe in the transformative power of blockchain technology, and dedicate their time to supporting the community and advancing the mission of crypto.

Application

Completing your application is the first step and, in most cases, the first piece of information we see about you.

In addition to answering basic questions about who they are and why they want to join, applicants should reflect on their connection to cryptocurrencies, Binance, and the greater community as a whole.

These are some questions to consider as you complete your application:

  • Why do you believe in cryptos?

  • What does “community” mean to you?

  • What do you want to learn in this experience?

This program was designed for enthusiasts who are passionate about building progressively, helping others and the community selflessly. Applicants hoping to grow their network or obtain special benefits should not apply to this program.

Prepare for the interview

Once you submit your request, our team will review your information and any supplementary material, if any. If we think you are a good candidate, you will be selected for a video interview with a local manager in your region.

Some applicants may be required to go through a second interview with a Binance Angel of a higher rank, also known as an Archangel.

As with any interview, be prepared to answer questions and tell us more about yourself that you haven't been able to share in the application. Take your time with your answers and don't be afraid to ask the interviewer to clarify any questions you don't understand.

Training workshop for Angels

This is the final stage of the training workshop, which the Archangels lead. Potential candidates will be invited to a Telegram group to learn more about Binance and what it means to be a Binance Angel.

During this period, Archangels also evaluate each candidate's interaction with other members of the official Binance Telegram channel. It is evaluated, for example, if the candidate:

  • Asks and answers questions.

  • Talk to other members of the group.

  • Guides those just starting out with crypto.

  • Provides value to the community.

It's very important to remember this: the core value of the Binance Angels program is community.

Eligible candidates who pass the training workshop will become Binance Angels. Those who fail to pass this stage will have another opportunity to try again in a few weeks.
