Starting from 08:00 (ET) on June 1, 2023, Binance will reduce the 30-day average daily net lending amount requirements for VIP 1 - VIP 4 users in the VIP Lending Program, with the maximum reduction reaching 33.33%.
To qualify for the VIP upgrade under the program, users must meet the new 30-day average daily net lending amount and minimum daily BNB holding requirements specified in the table below.

If the VIP Lending Program qualifies a user for a higher VIP level than their current level, the user will be automatically upgraded to the corresponding VIP level every day, provided that the user meets the 30-day average daily effective net lending amount and BNB daily average holding requirements. The user does not need to apply for the program separately.
Leveraged Trading:
Users who meet the VIP lending program conditions will enjoy higher leverage lending limits with each VIP level upgrade.
VIP loan:
There is no lending limit for VIP Loans as long as users adhere to the required risk ratio, but all lending is subject to availability.

The user's VIP level is determined by the highest level that the user is eligible for in the VIP sub-program. If the spot or futures trading volume reaches a higher VIP level, or if the user is eligible for a higher VIP level under other VIP sub-programs, the highest VIP level will prevail, and the VIP level will not be affected by the VIP lending program.
The loan amount in the 30-day average effective net loan amount refers to the loan amount in pledged currency, VIP loan and margin trading [the calculation formula is: the average effective net loan amount of pledged currency in the past 30 days + the average effective net loan amount of VIP loan in the past 30 days + (the average effective net loan amount of margin trading in the past 30 days * 0.2)]
The formula for calculating the effective net borrowing amount is: total borrowing amount - total repayment amount
Please note: When calculating the 30-day average daily net borrowing amount, the margin borrowing amount will be multiplied by 0.2. The borrowing amount of pledged borrowing coins and VIP borrowing coins will not be affected.
The USDT equivalent of pledged loans, VIP loans, and margin exchange loan assets will be used to calculate the 30-day average daily effective net loan amount.
The system will use the real-time USDT exchange rate to take a snapshot of the user's BNB daily average holdings and 30-day daily average effective net lending amount at 07:59:59 (GMT+8) every day. If the plan conditions are met, the user will be upgraded to a higher VIP level starting from 08:00 (GMT+8) the next day.
The BNB holding requirement for the VIP lending program remains unchanged. For more information, please refer to: BNB Daily Holding Statistics Rules.
If your 30-day effective net lending volume falls below 100,000 USDT or your average daily BNB holdings fall below the minimum threshold of 25 BNB, your account may be removed from the program.
