Our inaugural AI Hackathon took place at the beautiful WeWork in Canary Wharf from 8th to 10th March, and the event brought together a variety of leading technology organizations, including Stability.ai, ICP, NORD Security and more!
Professionals of all levels participate in the event and compete for an incredible prize pool of more than $41,500, including cash, tech gear, subscriptions, points and exclusive merchandise.
As part of the hackathon, participants received technical and non-technical workshops, personalized mentorship and the opportunity to network with industry leaders, making the event an excellent platform for those interested in artificial intelligence. Sign-Chan is an innovative application that aims to bridge the gap between spoken and sign language communication. The project uses speech-to-text and sign language video data to create a dynamic, interactive system that aims to convert spoken words into sign language. It is an AI-driven application designed to import and export customizable educational content, quizzes and interactive modules through a simple YouTube link. The main goal of the project is to increase the engagement of educators, students and self-learners , by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence, EduAction aims to enhance the way educational content is created and consumed, providing a more interactive and personalized learning experience.
🥉RAGnarok - Keyboard and Mouse
RAGnarok is an automated testing suite for AI chatbots. Customer-facing chatbots are risky because they can hallucinate, be manipulative, and are fundamentally unpredictable, often requiring testing before an application can be put into production. Addressing a long list of edge cases, RAGnarok provides an automated testing and evaluation framework for AI-driven applications that has three capabilities:
Generate test cases based on a "job to be done" defined by business users
Evaluate and score the model's performance against these test cases over three rounds of dialogue
Provide insights for improving chat applications

XonT is designed for game developers to create 3D model assets. Users enter text prompts on the website and use optional style images to describe the desired assets. Stable Diffusion XL from Stability AI then generates a 2D asset representation. If If a style image is not provided, suggestions will be provided, allowing the user to refine the prompt.

Echo is a fun, interactive app that not only lets you experience what it's like to be famous, but also has an audience cheering you on, motivating you, or just being there to listen.
