Golden Finance reported that Standard Chartered Bank raised its year-end price forecast for Bitcoin from US$100,000 to US$150,000. According to an investment note emailed on Monday, the bank also predicts that BTC will reach a cycle high of $250,000 next year before stabilizing around $200,000. Standard Chartered’s analysis is based on comparisons with gold prices following the launch of gold exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the United States, as well as the correlation between ETF inflows and BTC prices.
