BladeDAO is a decentralized on-chain gaming ecosystem built by a group of crypto-native degen players based on the zkSync Era. Its first self-developed medieval-themed dungeon placement game Legends of Valoria (LOV) features PvE and PvP games and will be released in late June or early July this year.
On May 14, BladeDAO released 2,000 Free Mint genesis NFTs, which have been traded 958 times on Opensea, with a trading volume of 25ETH and a floor price of 0.04ETH (about 73USD). NFT holders not only have the right to participate in the whitelist of the next IDO, but also will receive a series of benefits in the next LOV game and future games.
BladeDAO plans to develop and co-publish a series of crypto games with on-chain elements, and apply zero knowledge proof to explore new areas of on-chain games. BladeDAO mainly uses zero knowledge proof technology in the following areas: 1) achieving verifiable randomness on the chain; 2) hiding information; 3) scalability to create novel game mechanisms in a user-friendly way.
Zero-knowledge proof-driven gameplay
Season 1 PvE: Players send units on adventures, delve into dungeons, conquer monsters, and gain rewards.
Season 2 PvP: Players engage in competitive combat, applying buffs/debuffs and ambushing enemies in various dungeons. If the ambush succeeds or fails, resources and gold can be looted.
Play to earn + Risk to earn: Loot dungeons, upgrade units, mine $BLADE tokens, and compete for rankings and prizes. PvP gameplay is powered by the fog of war feature driven by homomorphic encryption to provide an asymmetric adversarial gaming experience.
Zero-knowledge proof-driven gaming experience: Leverage zero-knowledge proofs, homomorphic encryption, and validity proofs to verify randomness, hidden information, and fog of war features.
Battle Pass NFT, NFT AMM
The Genesis NFT Degenbook was minted for free on the Ethereum mainnet and currently has 958 transactions on Opensea, with a transaction volume of 25ETH and a floor price of 0.04ETH (approximately 73 USD).
The remaining in-game units and resource NFTs will be minted using the ERC-721 and ERC-1155 standards on zkSync Era. BladeDAO also plans to launch an ERC-1155 NFT AMM on zkSync with development partners in Q3.
Token Economics
$BLADE token economics draws on positive ecosystem loops like $vecrv, where $BLADE will serve as a utility token to boost the revenue stream of every crypto game launched on BladeDAO.
On the other hand, NFT royalties and NFT AMM fees from each game will be captured by BladeDAO. This part of the revenue will be distributed to $veblade token holders as dividends. In addition, $veblade token holders will enjoy priority whitelisting and airdrops for future game releases.
$blade wars are expected to occur across different games in the ecosystem, with each game bidding for more $veblade voting rights to bring more token emission rewards into their game. In turn, $veblade token holders enjoy tax-like returns on all in-game economic activity.

Q1 2023: Game concept completed, art design, game mechanics, token economics and zero-knowledge proof mechanism design
Second quarter of 2023: website construction, Gitbook/white paper release, NFT release, gamification IDO, LOV game development, completion of LOV game art, LOV beta testing.
Q3: LOV PvE launch, PvP launch, NFT AMM, smart contract wallet integration, invisible pipeline RPG game internal testing
Q4: RPG game launched, application of zk cross-chain messages in NFTs and tokens, release of more games with developers, zkp hardware acceleration integration design.
BladeDAO's future vision
BladeDAO plans to build it into an autonomous world driven by zero-knowledge proof technology, with player autonomy and self-innovation in the next 1 to 2 years, storing all game status and logic on the chain, and allowing its users to eventually shape the new game world and make incremental improvements to its content and gameplay.
Since much of BladeDAO’s game logic and loops are implemented through smart contracts, BladeDAO will also explore open ecosystem principles and interoperability with other games and assets.
