Kyrylo Khomyakov, head of the CEE and Central Asia regions of Binance, spoke about the productive dialogue with the Ukrainian authorities regarding the regulation of the crypto market. Noting the key stakeholders, including the National Securities Commission, he expressed a positive attitude towards the draft law ready for consideration. Although market players have different views on the effectiveness of the law, Khomyakov believes that the regulation will help increase the economic impact of the cryptocurrency sector in Ukraine. He expressed hope that a transparent market and regulations will create favorable conditions for the development of Binance and other market participants in the country.
